Good morning,
Yesterday I was visiting a client in uckfield area. During the journey down my car ran over something which resulted in need to change a rear tyre.
Under the terms of lease agreement I was meant to take the vehicle to a competitive tyre company. The other company was running with a skeleton crew and could not help me.
I visited your premises in uckfield and was helped out by a very nice man called Ben who could not have been more accommodating or helpful. I was able to get the tyre replaced and come to an arrangement with the leasing company which allowed me to get home otherwise I would have been stranded.
I simply wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the attitude and offer to help which surpassed the experience I received at the competitive tyre company.
