I would like to commend Setyres, Dorchester on their excellent customer
service. I found I had a flat tyre first thing this morning and being only
100 yards away thought I'd pull up on the off chance I could get some help.
It was early and they hadn't opened yet so I set about jacking up the car
and attempting to change the tyre for the spare (after jacking it up I got
as far as not being able to pull off the plastic hub cap for fear of
snapping it) but as soon as someone arrived, I was acknowledged and advised
that they would help. My tyre was changed and I then headed off to work,
returning later to get another tyre to match the Michelin spare which was
fitted for a very reasonable price. I will definitely recommend Setyres
Dorchester to others and was very grateful for the assistance.

As a long time customer of Setyres, I unfortunately had a problem with my vehicle after some work was carried out. I telephoned the Head Office, where I Spoke to the General Manager of the company. He gave my issue his full attention and the car was picked up and fixed within two days. All at no cost to myself. The local assistant manager, Colin Burgman, located the parts, kept me informed of what was going on and had the car ready for me by 16:30 the same day. I was also shown the damaged parts which so often are 'discarded' so that the customer cannot be sure that they were really required, especially if one has some knowledge of automobile engineering. All the staff were polite and helpful and I would like to pass on my appreciation.
